Fedor Mikhailovich Svobodskoi (?-1829). There is not to much information about life of this brave army officer,
who was the Tula regiment commander. Though it is known that he was the member of one of the revolution groups –
“Soyuz blagodenstvija” (“The welfare union”), but after Decembrists rise (1825) imperator Nikolay I didn’t punish him and
even gave him a rank of major-general.
